From App

Log into the MyTim app and once you are logged in via data network or with your credentials. click in the More section at the bottom right.

When the menu appears, click on Line and move by swiping right to the TV and Services tab. Here you will find the item TIM SAFE WEB PLUS Mobile. Click on the blue Deactivate button to finish the operation.

From the website

To deactivate TIM SAFE WEB from the site, simply log in to the official TIM website with your personal information.

On the left is a column with several entries. Click on Line and then on TV and services. Look for the related item TIM SAFE WEB Mobile and click on Disable.

From phone

To deactivate the service via telephone there are two possible alternatives:

• By calling 40916, TIM's automated phone service that lets you know your remaining credit and active promotions. Dial 1 and then 1 again to choose which offer to deactivate. Pay close attention to the directions of the recorded voice, as the procedure for deactivating a service is often subject to change by TIM.
• By calling TIM Customer Service at 119. Listen and follow the directions of the recorded voice, selecting the correct button each time to speak with a TIM operator and ask them directly to disable this feature for you.
