Specialized Enduro & Mountain Biking

In these disciplines, you need lightness, compactness, and maximum resistance to mud, rocks, and drops. Tablets are too large; the ideal choice is a compact rugged smartphone (around 6 inches).

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Beware of overheating in the summer

In the summer, the combination of direct sunlight, a screen set to maximum brightness, and an active GPS chip generates a lot of heat. If the phone is enclosed in a non-ventilated case, it will go into thermal protection mode and turn off the screen. Use only open, ventilated mounts (such as Quad Lock, RAM Mounts, or spider mounts) that allow the phone’s body to remain in contact with the airflow.
