How to start tracking or navigating with Live Tracking support

Using WHIP's Live Tracking is very simple: you just click Start , or start navigating any route, and the app will ask you if you want to start with or without Live Tracking.

If you decide to start with Live Tracking the following screen will open where you can select how to share your location.

• At the top, you can share your location via e-mail, Whatsapp or SMS or through other apps and selected contacts will receive a link to follow you.
• In the middle are the Safety Contacts (if they have been added) and which are already preselected
• At the bottom, however, you can share your location with other users on WHIP, and use the Multi Live Tracking (Group Live Tracking) feature, whereby you can see your friends directly as you navigate or plot a route.

Safety Contacts are the people who automatically receive your Live Tracking via Whatsapp, email or SMS whenever you start tracking or browsing with WHIP

To add a Safety Contact, go to your profile and click on Safety contacts. From here you will simply add the phone number or an email address to which you can send your location whenever you leave.

N.B: When you start tracking or browsing with Live Tracking, your Safety Contacts will appear in the already pre-selected contact selection screen

Multi live tracking

Multi Live Tracking (or Group Live Tracking) allows you to see your friends in real time as you plot or navigate a route, right on your navigation screen.
