If you want to change your account password on the WHIP Live app for security reasons or any other need, the process is quick and easy. Follow these steps to update your password

  1. Open the WHIP Live app

  2. Log in to your account by entering your email address to access the account and press "login via email”

  3. Clicking on "forgot your password?" , a window will open where you will be asked to enter an email to which to send the password reset email

  4. Enter the email and click on “recover”.

  5. Enter the mailbox and search for the password reset email, follow the steps by entering the password you prefer

  6. Once done, log in to your account by entering the new password
